Phone bill

I have swapped my phone and sent it back in the right time frame . I am being charged this month for both phones which I can not afford. I should only be paying for my new one now it's been swapped nothing got mentioned about this.

@Maya22 Depending in how long ago you sent it back the charge may be correct, while the phone is being inspected and processed you are still liable for the monthly payments, from post here I've seen it's taking 3+ weeks to complete that process.

Hi @Maya22  once it's been processed then any overpayment will be refunded.
