Mobile swap

Hi I have just agreed a iPhone from 14 to 15 swap and pleased with the price offered. My husband has now shown me his phone has got some two slight chips  on the outer casing  after he dropped it, I was not aware of this.  I'm worried now that when I send his phone back the price will change on his iPhone offer and we won't be able to have his phone swap as it will be too much.😩

Yup, it's possible the value will be reduced.  But until it's been assessed it can't be confirmed.

If it's cosmetic then the value may not be reduced by much.
