Mobile phone not working

Hi my wife came back from Turkey last night and her mobile isn't working, no calls, data etc...only WiFi. Her phone basically still says she's in Icmeler when looking at her location for the weather. Can someone advise what she can do to fix this please?

Make sure this is set to automatic or home:

 

Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to home/automatic

Is her wife connected to a Wifi or mobile data network ?

What is that setting I posted above set to ?

What happens after a reboot of her phone ?
