Contacting sky mobile

I am trying to contact sky mobile team to convert my physical SIM to eSIM but they seem to be off-line all the time. Any thought how I can get access to them and speak to an agent.

Otherwsise the number to call them on is 150 so just stay on the line when asked any questions by the bot.
