Mobile payments

I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 13 to a 15 and returned my 13 which paid off my old contract, but my next bill charged me for both devices?.

This can sometimes happen as the bill is created 14 days in advance so this might have happened when you were in the process of returning it so what do your future bills show as you should see a credit for anything you have paid against it.

My next bill is showing the amount I am paying for my iPhone 15 with no credit! Do you think I should call sky?

When did you return your iphone 13 as it can take up to 3 weeks by the company that process them which might be why you are not seeing the credit at present.

They are taking 2-3 weeks to process returns.  If it's been longer than that then call them.

Of course any additional payments you make are not 'lost'.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
