Sky mobile

I have had a message saying my 5g is getting removed why? I have had that for years. If I keep having problems with my voicemail or lack of it I will need to move to a new provider same problem still and not due to 5g. Been having issues for months now

Have you called Sky and asked them? How was the message delivered and did it address you by name?
