Mobile order disappeared from my orders on my Sky app

My mobile ordered disappeared from my orders on my my sky. Phone is showing in my devices but no update on delivery etc

Hi @Linda2108  that would normally indicate the order is successful and will hopefully be on its way soon. When I have previously placed orders they do appear in my device list before being sent by sky.

it has been showing in my orders the past 4 weeks, how will I get check updates etc on delivery? There is no order history either only the actual phone showing in my devices on my app but I haven't received it yet

Do you still have the emails confirming the order with an order number etc @Linda2108 ? You could give sky a call and check the order is still showing on their end ?

Unless you are a Sky Ireland customer then Sky support staff do work weekends.
