So ordered placed the 16th of Sept been calling for regular updates and today it's just been cancelled undelivered due to stock issues. 

absolute madness waiting 4 weeks and no update from them stating this

I placed an order last night too and went through the whole process of signing, adding payment details etc. Got to the page where the order had been confirmed but then didn't receive an email confirmation and the order isn't showing in my orders or devices. Reluctant to order again in case it doubles the order and the virtual assistant can't help.

 

im a UK customer and can't find the contact number - does anyone have it?

Have they placed a new order for you @Linda2108 ?

they told me to call back Monday when the sales team is on, I don't want to place another one and go through all the back and forth. Customer 19 years also.
