New SIM card activation

I have recent changes my sky mobile data plan have followed all the instructions and used the activation code I was given but can't make calls and my sky account is saying that I still need to activate my new SIM card. I have tried again but with no luck

Hi @chrisoco  can you confirm you had a plan with sky, you have taken a new plan with sky with a new number and have activated that new sim ?

I was already a sky mobile customer and moved fro a 6gb data plan to an unlimited data plan 

I entered the activation code that was supplied with my new sim but it doesn't seem to work

Did you do this by changing your mix in your account @chrisoco  or did you order a new sim ? A new sim will come with a new number.
