They are quite happy pushing out information saying that this issue is resolved when it clearly isn't! Absolute joke, we are all still being effected by it and they are not providing any updates as to what is happening or when it will get fixed!

Issues with being able to call / text / message today

After yesterday's mobile issues, I am still unable to call, text / message this morning

Assuming we will all receive a refund based on recent increases

Adding to the contributors here; I have had no signal (not even SOS) since yesterday morning - have tried resetting network settings, restarting the device etc. etc. to no avail. I can't even request my APN settings because when I log into MySky to do so I get an error message saying 'Sorry, we've been unable to resend network settings at this time. Please try again later.'

 

Not really sure what else to do here and the lack of updates and progress from Sky is both surprising and extremely disappointing as my experience with them has normally only been positive.

So i can call out, i can receive a call. I can send a tx and receive a tx but whats app, social media and internet browser not loading.

My mobile data hasn't been working since 16.00 yesterday. As soon as I leave the house and come of WiFi, my phone is useless šŸ˜” sky when are you going to sort this out because according to tou everything is working fine šŸ¤¬

When will we get an update on the fix on the internet issue?

STILL no internet or reply from anyone at sky. No internet since 11/04 at 1700 and no update from sky since then.

It's almost like they have a bug in the system considering every bodies faults are different!! 
Day 8 for me with very hit and miss service. At one point I thought they had cut me off !!
