Hi. I recently ordered a Nokia 105 (2023) mobile phone. It was delivered on 3rd April but there was no sim card with it. I could not locate this anywhere within the box.
I have called you twice and on each occasion, I was assured that a Sim would be sent to me but nothing has yet arrived. I therefore have a phone that I cannot yet use.
Please can you quickly send the appropriate Sim to me so that I can activate my phone. Thanks, Vincent Bibby.
