I have had no data or been able to make and receive calls yesterday, I've reset my phone and still no service. Shocking service.

Same here, can't send texts or What's App. Couldn't even show mobile ticket to get on bus!

Out of the 4 mobiles we have we Sky, only 1 hasn't come back on after yesterday's issue. Can't get hold of anyone at Sky and the live chat virtual assistant is rubbish. Tried turning on and off and all the "useful" suggestions from the virtual assistant.

My phone is receiving texts and calls but I am unable to use 4G as of yesterday. This needs to be fixed as I use my phone for work 😫

Service update says all problems fixed but clearly not as I too have no mobile data access despite strong 4G signal

Same for me since last night - no coverage at home data/calls and am now at wotk in london and still not working unless on wfif - really unacceptable and radio silence from Sky informing you of the status of the issue !!
