My phone can’t accept calls or make calls

Both of our phones are also having trouble calling and receiving calls. We had an emergency last night but nobody could call us. No explanation from Sky mobile.

My phone number will not send or receive calls. It worked this morning!  I can send text messages. When someone rings my number they get number not available

Same here for my wife and I in Essex. Happened on Monday afternoon, cleared late evening, then again this afternoon!! Very frustrating as I am a HGV driver, away all day, and I need to be in touch with my wife as she is not very well!! Come on Sky, own up!!

Can't call or receive calls on my son's phone since yesterday.  Each time anyone tries to call him, it's makes a beeping sound like when a phone has been disconnected.

Cant make or receive calls either , intermittently ? Once again a totally disgusting service from sky . That's why cancelled my TV and internet to EE, and so much cheaper with an excellent customer service team .... can't wait to change my mobiles too , after this total mess which is disrupting peoples lives

All of our mobiles on Sky can't make or receive calls for the last 2 days. Can't speak to anyone as waiting times are 40min and closing at 9pm. People trying to call is saying the number doesn't exist. Both my parents have medical issues and we have no phone in the whole family that is working. This is a huge risk in our situation. Sky is saying only some people but we are all affected.

Same here.. cant make or recieve calls ... i restarted my phone and it worked.. but having to do that everytime i want to make a call is not on!!

Same here I can't make or receive calls. I'm 9mths pregnant and due today. I'm so worried I'm going to go into labour tonight. I won't be able to call my mum to take me to hospital and I wont be able to call my sister for her to come over and babysit my daughter. I don't know what to do!!
