I got a text to say my bill is 30 pounds more than it saying online but it should be the price online not the text

We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Are you sure the text was from Sky? Obviously we can't see you bill.

It could well be what you see via your online account because if you are sure that the text is from Sky then it could just be wrong.
