Mobile bill charging

we did an exchange on our iPhone. And received a new one. This was faulty so Sky sent another phone working fine. Retuned phone a

long with swap money refunded for swap However they are still charging me for faulty iPhone. I have phoned Sky 10 times (via various call centres abroad) at lest !,. I have emailed . I have been on BOT. I have been through retentions and NOTHING.  This is my money they are taking and now if there is no solution I intend to go via the ombudsman's and CSIS as this is amounting to taking monies  CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015.

Just for info We have everything SKY 4 mobiles. Tv etc. and Platinum members for 14 years. (At this moment in time if I could afford it I would cancel,the lot which I will look into eventually as SKY ARE NOT INTERESTED.

How long ago?  As it takes 3-4 weeks for the return centre to process.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
