Mobile Swap

I have the Iphone 13 Pro with Sky, the phone is fully paid off. 
I started a swap and have recieved my new Iphone 16 but have changed my mind on sending the 13 back as I can get more money for it elsewhere. Is this ok to change your mind on, but still keep the new contract with the new phone 16?

You would need to call Sky on 150 so they can cancel the swap. In any case I'm not sure how you have managed to do this as you can't do a swap with a phone that has been completely paid off. You can then place an order for a new iphone 16 if you want, credit check permitting.

Hi @NatalieKen961  if the phone was paid off there was no need to do a swap. You will need to call sky on 150 to discuss this as they will be expecting you to return the phone.
