My phone swap

I did a phone swap and sky is saying they haven't received my old phone but Iv got proof that they have received it back , and they won't take my old phone off my account so was billed this month for both when you received it back the day after I sent it

Hi @Patricia1964  when was it sent back? It usually takes 2-3 weeks to process swaps, currently a little longer with the iPhone 17 release.

It was sent back 24th sept and they received it day or so after according to the tracking.

If you still haven't heard anything by middle of next week I would call sky to chase up what's happening @Patricia1964

I did a phone swap too and although they received it next day according to Royal Mail tracking, it took a few days to be processed and then I got an email confirming receipt.
