I am having the exact same issue and it is really annoying! I contacted Sky via the virtual assistance about a week ago and they asked me to do a couple changes on settings to see if it would help, I did these and calls in the week still cut off at an hour. I contacted them again today and have ended up being told it is a handset issue with all iPhones (mine is an iPhone 15), but I don't believe this. I have looked it up online too and no one with other carrier's seems to be experiencing the same issus. A family member of mine is also with Sky Mobile but has a Samsung and it cuts their calls off at an hour too.
Thanks for your reply. I too have spoken to SKY over the phone and got a less than satisfactory reply. I have just changed phones from a 14 Pro to a 17 Pro and still have the same problem. I went to a SKY shop a few days ago and the lady couldn't have been more helpful. I have had a new SIM card but of course I won't know if that has fixed the problem until I next speak to someone for more than hour!!

Hi, I'm having the same with the Samsung A54. It's done it twice to me today while on hold to book a hospital appointment. So frustrating, especially since I was 2nd in the queue from 19.
