Mobile not connecting

Hi, we are both on Sky mobile but cannot call each other this evening. If we try to call each other it instantly disconnects. Any idea how to fix this please? Wi fi and broadband are fine for me at home, with Sky also.

Can you both make calls to other people if not and If you have an Android phone give this a try:

Find the 'Sky Menu' app.

- Select 'Roaming'

- Ensure both 'Automatic' and 'Sky Settings' have '>' in front of them.

@caesarome thanks so much for your answer, it seems to have resolved itself. Couldn't make calls for hours but now back to normal 👍🏻
