Missing return email

I bought  new phone and it was not suitable, i've since asked for a return slip and was told it would be emailed to me but i haven't received it. I phoned back to ask again and was just told that the return was waiting to be shipped. 

Is there an actual person i can speak to?

So you didn't phone back? If you didn't you'll need to call Sky.

i did phone back but was unable to speak to a real person, just another robot. so please let

me know a way to speak to a real person if there is one.

All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
