Roaming not working in USA

I have the sky passport activated they charge me but I can't call numbers.

i have updated the network settings, still call fails. 

very annoying and now being charged for something which doesn't work.

and then they send me to the sky community and instead of a chat when at entry of the questionnaire I tell them I can't make calls 

really not intelligent that customer service 😃

Yes did all that. 

I have a data plan on an eSIM and it connects fine. I went thru all the help there.

it seems that sky isn't providing ANY voice calls at all in Montana 

I can see the voice line has no bars whatsoever even in the middle of towns here and when the esim connects with full bars on another provider 

pretty disappointing since they charge you but deliver no service 

I guess it's time to get a PUK and jump to another mobile provider again 🤪

I got a dodgy email from a gmail account to my email from someone purporting to be from sky support days after the posting requesting details from me. Right, not really professional to request sensitive details via private email accounts to ‘call me back’?! It is reallly surprising that sky basically left me stranded with no calls connecting in the USA in multiple states. When trying to go thru the help pages I was clearly answering all questions updated network profile settings. All to no avail. The last option to contact gave me a UK support number to call - which is obviously nonsense when I can’t make a call. No chat with a human. Just a link to the sky forums. That is just not good enough. PAC requested and leaving today.
