has anyone been having problems with piggybank? Transferred some this morning, it showed as added, but is now missing, both on the website and the app. Cheers

Hi @SkiJumper although it should be instant it can sometimes take a while for the data to show up on your phone. Are you in the UK ?

I am yes, as i said, it showed up when i transfered it, but now its missing. It shows in the new "piggybank" section on the website just not showing in my account

I've got the same problem.
Rolled back data to 3 sims yesterday as usual, received confirmation emails and new data showed up on app.
Checked today and the data is missing although the rollbacks are listed in previous activity.

I rolled 4g to my partner it was debited from my account but it has not shown up yet on her phone this evening

Hi @SkiJumper @slotty @steely Just tried myself and it's the same as all of you. I also had some issues accessing my account so suspect sky are having technical issues at the minute. Hopefully they get it sorted soon.

Same problem loaded 2GB then repeated another 2GB shows gone from the App/website but nothing appearing on the phone/sim. 😞

I've moved your post to the topic at hand as other are reporting the same issue so clearly an issue at Sky's end so when fixed it should then appear.

Im having the same issue. Currently abroad, says neitherer me or husband have data even though we should and won't allow piggybank to add.

Piggybank
My daughter has ran out of data. Tried 4 times to roll data on to her mobile from our piggybank. It has been deducted from our piggybank total but not arrived on the mobile. Tried the same with my mobile and same thing happens. Can anyone help please ?
