Missing Piggybank data

Yes me too. All sims dropped the additional data I put on 3 days ago. And also don't  reflect addition data just added. The rolled data transactions show on history (and the emails also come though). It was 9pm when I noticed so can't contact Sky help

Mine did the same. Went on and saw it then disappeared straight away

I just looked at mine and it was all there and accounted for but by the time I'd shown the missus it had all disappeared 8 gig

Still an issue, data reset today and any left over data hasn't went into my piggyback.. sky need to sort this out as it's been days with this issue and no actual communication/acknowledgement apartment from 1 forum post

Ours is now all sorted. Piggybank right and data transferred over

This was fixed overnight and all showing correctly first thing on the morning
