Lost my sim abroad

My partner lost my sim abroad while using a local one and I need a new sim with the same number sent to my address ready for when I get home. I can't in tje lofe of me fine the help on the app, the AI robot is nonhelp at all and all the numbers I am trying to call do not work as I am in a foreign country

Hi @Katie--  as you don't have access to your primary number you will need to call sky to arrange for a replacement sim.

@Katie--  You'll need to give Sky a call  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/replacement-sim-sky-mobile

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
