No matter what browser I use or using the app, everytime I try to do a device upgrade/swap it just shows technical error as soon as I click add to basket.
I am just trying to find out if it's worth doing swap or just clearing the amount outstanding.
Any ideas? Can the instore staff do swaps or is it just online and call centre? Thanks

This is happening to me as well. It looks like an error on their side, but then I can't find a way to access my basket separately to clear it or edit a device in there. I guess they don't want me to buy a new phone!?

I don't want to ring them because I'm not ready to buy just yet. I just want to see what my options are for upgrading and how much they'll give me for my existing phone.

Have you tried signing out, deleting all your Sky cookies from your browser then sign back in again ?

Yeah I guess that's my only avenue. I'm just a tab frustrated is all.
I've used three different browsers and cleared cookies cache and history. I work in IT so eliminated those first. Is there any way I can alert Sky to the website problem so they can work on it?

Do you know if they can deal with swaps instore? Just with having hearing problems it's easier and less hassle for me then doing via phone.

I've had the same issue for weeks now. Just having 'call them' as the only option when the website hasn't been working for so long isn't really acceptable when, like so many, all I want to do is explore possible options online instead of sitting for an hour on hold due to them 'experiencing a higher than usual number of calls' which is the default for most companies now having two people on the phones.

Possible it's a ploy just to get us to call. Try to sell us more. Both me and my partner are getting the same message.

I've been trying to swap my iPad for months now, but keep getting the same error page when I click add to basket, I want to see prices for my current iPad, but when I call or go on live chat they just say the processing team will tell me once I send the device in...I'd rather find out first online. So annoying

I've had the same problem too for months amd months and I try and contact sky and I keep getting passed to another person then another. I can be in a queue for hours. Im very frustrated. I just want to see if it's worthwhile swapping my device and I can't. Like you I just keep getting an technical error message . Sky sort it out !! Why is it works for my swap on iPhone but not iPad.
