Technical Error when adding to basket

No matter what browser I use or using the app, everytime I try to do a device upgrade/swap it just shows technical error as soon as I click add to basket. 

I am just trying to find out if it's worth doing swap or just clearing the amount outstanding.

Any ideas? Can the instore staff do swaps or is it just online and call centre? Thanks
