Lost air pods

Hi I have lost my air pods since December last year and they are showing in findable? How do I get a replacement as I'm still paying instalments Eve month through my sky mobile account x

You would need to order and pay for them again as Sky will not supply you with them free of charge.

Hi @Lisasneddon1983  just because you lost them doesn't mean you stop paying for them, you still have to keep up the payments otherwise lots of people would just claim to have lost them and expect a free new pair. Do you have home insurance you could claim off ?
