I have swapped my phone number using pac code to my new iPhone 16. I can make calls - which comes up my number. But I cannot recieve phones calls or text messages. How do I sort this?

Hi @DDoughty sounds like your port hasn't completed properly, this normally sorts itself out but sometimes takes a while. I would call sky on 150 to see if they can help.
