One of the deals sky had recently was to upgrade my old Samsung to a new one. With this deal came a free Samsung laptop, how do I go about getting this?

If it was the offer for a Chromebook I think you needed to have place your order for the device before 24 January. Does that affect you?

Yeah I ordered my phone before that date.

See this link, use your agreement number (found in your message centre) and enter the numbers without the letters as your invoice number.

This is what you need to do:

To claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.
