Just moved account from O2 to SKY and we cannot get OTP's - this is affecting work - escalated to Sky and they are supposedly sending a new SIM. Looking it seems to be a massive problem for lots of people - SKY has to sort this out as they are not providing a service - thinking of reporting to Ombudsman

You can't go to them until you have put in a complaint to Sky and if they don't resolve it you can ask for a deadlock letter which will then allow you to take the matter further.
