I spoke with one of your advisors and she said that she had activated the transfer of my old number but that was over 3 days ago and it still hasn't transferred.

I am a new sky mobile customer, I have activated my new sky SIM, I have received the PAC code but when I spoke with the sky advisor she said she didn't need it and that she could sort out the transfer - that was on Monday 14th

Hi John, I have had my PAC code from EE and I offered it to the advisor (had to call as there was an error on their system) but she didn't want it! I questioned could she still transfer my old number without it and said definitely yes! ??
