Interesting Process!

Tried to order a new phone last night.

Was hit with a Technical Error so could not get beyond that screen.

Called this morning and placed the order via the phone. All sorted NOT.

Now can't sign the credit agreement, and nobody can help. Everyone is clueless.

I am being looped back to the Mobile Homepage, and can't access online messages as it tells me I'm restricted.

Time to give up and cancel. Took my upfront payment alright though.

No it loops back to the home page again.

Can't even post a screen shot here.

Yes. 
Everything is as it was when I ordered.

Sky ID is the email used when placing the order.

You said that you couldn't place the order so Sky did it for you so you will need to contact them about so they can check what details you need to be using.
