I was waiting for my replacement sim and know when I call they say its my fault for not activating
I was waiting for my replacement sim and know when I call they say its my fault for not activating. i asked for a replacement sim as the phone didnt support 5G and i was never given a replacement. the details for that sim is gone from my account. i need support but when i call them they say they cant help me.

If you didn't order a sim within 30 days then it will have been cancelled so it isn't a replacement that you need if this was the case, it is a bew sim that you can order yoruself from here by selecting a data plan for it:

i got a sim with the device then i asked for a replacement one for that sim and i am still paying for that with a device which comes with a sim plan

Hi @Mizanur626 the fact your phone doesn't support 5G doesn't matter, the sim is the same. If you still have that sim you can use that first one.

i called up sky and said i cant activate that one as well as it has gone over 31 days but they did say they will send another sim for when i first told them the sim doesnt work on the device

and now they are saying without sending me the sim that its gone over 31 days and i cant get that plan anymore but i am still paying for it with the device

If you haven't activated any sims you shouldn't be charged @Mizanur626 order a new one and activate it, we can't offer more advice than that.

i didnt know sky was like this thought they had good customer service but couldnt solve one problem for me

If the previous sims have expired @Mizanur626 then sky can't provide a replacement, you need to order a new one.
