In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.

 

Your image has been rejected as it contains personal information ie; name, address, claim number and IMEI number. 

What are you wishing to add it to?

Hi @Jenishkumar  if you are trying to update the imei of your phone your account following a replacement then give sky a call on 150 to see if it's something they can do.
