Switch ny mobile number over but wont receive incoming calls or txt

I've switch ny mobile number over active it but now can't receive incoming calls and txt just outgoing

Hi @Hayley1233  give sky a call on 150 so they can look at this for you, sounds like your port hasn't completed properly.
