@Donny19  This is a customer helps customer community, no one here can tell you anything about your order, you can check this yourself through your Sky account or MySky app order tracking.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales.

If you have ordered a latest model iPhone 17 delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
