New mobile sim user

I recieved a bill for the 2 new sim I requested but my sims aren't completely activated yet, I am still waiting for my numbers to be transfered. I don't understand why I have a bill as I haven't used them yet and still using my old 02 sim.

Hi @keith1964  if they are activated then you will be charged, sky don't wait for your number to transfer across from your old network.
