Re: I have no service since this morning
Sky don't do anything like that for a mast issue. If it is a mast issue it could only be affecting a handful of customers either living or travelling in that area. It's not even likely the 3 customers who have posted on this thread are in the same area.

Re: I have no service since this morning
Thank you, it looks like a mast near me isn't working properly. I'll be travelling about 10 miles out of my area later so that may confirm it!

You may need to restart your phone when out of your area @Sueby3 if it doesn't connect straight away. Give it a few minutes.

Re: I have no service since this morning
You'll need to contact Sky Ireland. They may suggest sending you a replacement SIM card in case yours is faulty. Note the bottom line regarding contacting Sky from the ROI.
The current methods for contacting Sky are below and depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others……
🟩 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers. Other official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are normally inclusive from non Sky phones.
All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
🟩 online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help
If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.
🟩 Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.
🟩 Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on: Facebook, Instagram, or X (links at the bottom of the forum page).
🟨Note ~ ROI customers If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required. The Sky Ireland phone lines are closed at a weekend.

Re: I have no service since this morning
Called 150 and have been told there's a mast issue in my area! The team couldn't give an estimated time it'll be fixed and, as it's quite a major issue, the mobile network may drop in and out. I'm in one of the CM## post code areas if that helps anyone here.
I've also asked to be notified when the network is back up!

Re: I have no service since this morning
Hi Everybody, Thanks to Daniel I came up with the idea of removing my ESIM and reinstall it again and it worked, no need to call sky. Thank you again.

Re: I have no service since this morning
There's no reports of any mast issues in my area, but also I've been all over the city the last 2 days and had no signal anywhere. I have no way of contacting customer service my phone or text because I don't have phone signal, and they don't reply on WhatsApp - does anyone have any way of getting a response from customer service, or any other advice?

My post above (post number 21) has the current methods of contacting Sky. They may suggest sending you a replacement SIM card.

Re: I have no service since this morning
@reynolcm if you have a ESIM remove it from your phone and reinstall it again. I did that this afternoon and it worked. " Go to settings- Connections- SIM Manager- And choose the ESIM you want to remove and reinstall it using your activation code. Unless you have a physical SIM then I suggest to order a new one.

Re: I have no service since this morning
I can't call 150,the call fails (no service), have tried online and the web assistant which has just told me to turn off my phone and turn it back on again (have tried many times and this does not work) and the social media pages seem to just be chat bots as well that just keep directing me back here. Absolutely disgraceful that they have no way of contacting them. Also I have an e-sim and it is only 3 months old so not sure why it would need to be replaced...think I will have to go back to Vodafone
