sky swap

I recently done a sky swap sent my old phone back which was in good condition not a mark on it now getting a bill saying it was damaged, trying to get info on damage, logged onto my account but my meessages wont ope it says there is a fault try again later, how do i get this sorted

Hi @xbodd  I would call sky on 150 and ask them to provide proof of the damage and/or return of the phone so you can sell it elsewhere if needs be.
