I have no service after transferring my number over to new sim

I transferred my old number from my three phone to my new sky sim on my new iPhone 16 plus. It says the number has transferred over and on threes end the number is no longer active with them or that sim / phone. But it's also not active on my new phone and I have no service.  I have reset network settings, turned phone on and off etc, airplane mode, all the things that have been suggested but I still have no phone working only WiFi! Which is a nightmare when I leave the house.

What number does your iphone show, the one that came with the Sky sim or the transferred one ?

It just has no service in the corner thats what it says but on my iphone settings the network is showing as sky and my number is there so it all looks correct but without any service ???
