Hi 

I was in credit of £134 last month as was going to pick up a new devise but it didn't go through so the up front fee got added back to my acc but now it's gone off my account and I am no longer in credit can I ask why it's disappeared

Hi @Eleanor20  no one here will know, this isn't sky CS and no one has access to your account information. If it hasn't been used to pay your bill or credited back to your bank then call sky on 150 so they can tell you.
