Reg - Mobile phone cancellation
Hi I called sky customer service on 28th of october 2025 to cancel my i phone 17 pro max - mobile phone order. One of your agent agreed with me that the order has been cancelled. But on my app it says your mobile phone is being delivered. I don't what the **bleep** is happening in your service. Why my order is still active

You are only asking other customers here and not Sky support so you will either need to call them again when the phone lines are open or should it arrive refuse the delivery should it be sent to you.
