I cannot ring out

I am on sky my bill is upto date but I cannot ring out. Is there a problem with the satellite

Sky mobile doesn't use satellites as such.

First thing to try is whether any local mast issues show here?

Check for any mast issues here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/service-status-sky-mobile

 

Also try rebooting your phone (or at least putting it in flight mode and out again to reconnect to cellular)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
