upgrade

yesterday Iupgraded my phone. You are now asking me to send my old phone back but I don't have it anymore

@dave1919 If you used the "swap" option to upgrade you will be expected to send back your old device, if you can't or you didn't use the swap option you will have to call Sky for further information.

If you do not have the phone to return for a swap then you cannot perform a swap...  (You are liable for any outstanding credit until cleared of course)

 

You simply purchase a new phone.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
