Have you also made sure your sim is set to abroad under roaming and that your spend cap covers your stay ?

Settings > Mobile Data > Create New Access Point...
Name: Sky Mobile Internet
APN: mobile.sky
Save and restart phone.

Still not working. Comical really that you have to ring Sky. I don't have phone connection. Can I email? The bot was no use.
