Discussion topic: I am unable to make calls to some numbers.

I can't make or receive international calls despite paying the monthly charge. Unable to dial an 0800 number and more frustratingly I am unable to contact Sky on any of the 0333 numbers. How do I contact Sky? I've tried our Sky landlines and that doesn't work either. Any advice gratefully received.

As you already have a Sky Mobile and a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to.
Depending on your particular issue the operating times of various departments may differ.

To call; Sky the number to use is just 150.

What is happening when you try to dial these other numbers from your mobile ?
