TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.I WOULD BE EVER SO GREATFUL IF YOU COULD KINDLY PLEASE HELP ME.I HAVE JUST JOINED YOUR NUMBER ONE COMPANY HERE IN IRELAND.I HAVE JUST BECOME A NEW MOBILE PHONE CUSTOMER. MY DELIMA IS.I CANT SEND TEXTS OR RECEIVED THEM ON MY SAMSUNG A13 PHONE.THANKS SINCERELY FOR YOUR HELP.ANN MARIE
