How to order a replacement SIM online

I am abroad and my daughters SIM has been lost. I'd like to order a replacement so that a family member can bring it out to us when they visit soon. Is there a way I can order a SIM without having to call SKY? The call charges will be extortionart from where I am. I have tried the online chatbot but it has proved useless!

I don't believe it is possible to order a replacement online but you might be able to get in contact Sky via social media to do this so you could try the likes of WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.

If I remember correctly the Messaging Team on here may be able to help you providing you can confirm you are the account holder for the account your daughters sim is on?
