As mentioned by @caesarome you can't remove paid-off devices from your account, these are here so you'll always have a track of purchased devices with Sky. We also have a device limit of 5 at Sky and 7 SIM plans.
Devices bought outright and paid off devices which you have had longer than 150 days shouldn't count towards your 5 device limits. If you have recently paid off a device I'd ask you to wait until your next month's bill period to try again, any further issues let us know!

@Chloe-W22 That is bizare, if you have a new device, and no longer use, or even own an old device, that is paid-off, then surely removing it is the sensible option.

@Chloe-W22 I have an Iphone 8 Plus on my account that i no longer pay for or have in my possession. I would like this device to be removed from my account. Having this old device still showing on my account is causing confusion as i have a brain injury and instances like this do not help with cognative issues i struggle with.

Though I appreciate what you are saying, it seems odd to have devices you no longer own on your account.

Hi @Chloe-W22,
I have 4 devices currently on my account being paid for and looking to swap one over slightly early as my contract ends in October 22 and paid the phone off. I have gone to upgrade / swap one of them and it won't let me as it says I have too many devices on my account however only have 4 devices active??
Any advice would be appreciated.
Many Thanks
