I need to cancel a sim card on my account as the person using it doesn't have permission from me. I am paying for the sim contract on their phone and want to deactivate it. Can anybody help please?

@JR96 you can't , the only thing you can do is give the 31 days notice to cancel the sim providing your not in contract
