Add a mobile

Hi I would like to add a mobile and sim to my package but it won't let me past the checkout

@Anderson1231 If you're getting an error message then you may need to ring Sky to complete the order.

I'm not getting an error it just won't load the screen up at the checkout

@Anderson1231 Then my answer still applies I'm afraid. You'll need to ring Sky to complete the order.

This does get reported on here from time to time so if it does the same when using a different browser or device then calling Sky is all you can do.

Hi @Anderson1231  this does sometimes happen for an unknown reason, if it's the same on different browsers then call sky on 150 for help.
